I was looking forward to doing long term business with these guys. But zenufashion.com sent me the wrong merchandise the first time, it took a week to receive a reply from the contact email listed on website just for confirmation to return the merchandise. After returning the merchandise, I noticed that my shipping fees were listed on their website as "points" rather than refunding me the cost.
The merchandise they sent me the second time was damaged. I lost money on the merchandise and shipping charges plus my client that was interested in purchasing the merchandise is pissed. I gave up doing business with them because returning the merchandise would cost me money and it be only refunded as "points" - as if I want to do futue business transactions with incompetend scam artists!
