I place an order with fashion chateau on 6.11.09. Merchandise was damaged and i was advised to return and i would be credited for $116.88. Merchandise was returned at my expense of $7.95. Confirmation was made that they did received the merchandise back and that i would be credit on 7.6.09 to my VISA. To date i have not been credited as i was told they went out of business and was bought by Couture candy (866-399-2263). I do not think they went out of business, i think they move to a different location and changed their phone number. Several call were made to them at 866-888-8756 before been directed several dates later to Couture Candy. If any one has the same experience, please post a comment on how i may get my money back.
