Bought several Izod shirts for Christmas gifts. They were the wrong size so I needed to return them. After contacting the website, they told me to e-mail them to obtain an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number.
We received the RMA # only. They said they were closed due to a snowstorm and could not handle calls; odd I thought but New York did get hit with major snow.
We returned said items and was told that it would take 14-30 days to receive the refund; odd yet again but whatever I wanted my refund for merchandise that did not fit.
After 30 full business days I contacted my credit card company (American Express) and they put a hold and credited my account. They are now trying to make heads and tails of the situation.
I learned two things One do NOT buy anything associated with JCS Fashion, Emoda Fashion etc. TWO use American Express because while I do not have my refund from JCS they (AmEx) are taking control of the situation.
