Hi Fashion sold me damaged merchandise and refused to hand the situation in a professional manner. The associates are rude and lied to me just to get a sale. The store associates sold damage merchandise without disclosing the damage before my purchase. Hi Fashion was more interested in selling damaged goods than delivering customer service. I was told to that a refund was not allowed and that I needed to call the corporate office. When I called corporate I was greeted in an rude manner and my complaint was not taken seriously. I spoke to several employees at the corporate and retail office and they were all very RUDE!
