I contacted a-2-b for a verry simple move I spoke with a tara broncucio she explained that my move would take four hours she seemed so concerned and careing... Then my move took place! The team leader came into my home smelling of marajuana, seemed confused and dissoriented. I contacted a-2-b right away. Tara said that they had no other men to send out all she could do is cancel my move!
She was rude and began screaming at me. She said they had another customer after me and I needed to make a decision. I had to reserve an elevator and had no choice but to continue. Major mistake. Not only did my move take seven hours, my sofa was ripped, they destroyed my desk, broke my lamp. When the team leader was in my bathroom I overheard him on the phone asking someone if he could come by and pick up three more extacey pills.
I was furious and demanded that they leave. The team leader became hostile and told me cash only. Who has 600.00 cash on hand? I gave him a check and told them if they did not leave I would contact the police. He ripped the check out of my hand and told me to go #$%^ myself. Headed to the door he ran into my door. He has had an attorney contact me about a Premises Liability - Slips & Falls lawsuit! After investigating this company surprise no workmans comp!!! They run this business out of their home. My life has been turned upside down by Tara broncucio who I believe is the owner.
