Do not use this mover under and circumstances. I am still waiting three days since my last communication with them when lenore. I requested to speak to a manager and was disconnected. I have called and emailed over 30 times in the last few days.
My story, contracted with them to do a seattle to georgia move. The subcontracted with stealth movers. I never got the call two days before the schedule move to confirm. When i did hear the movers were coming it was the day before and i spent the next 36 hours completing my packing. The movers showed up at 3pm not 9am as they said.
Next problem was i had in writing that the move would take 10 days and delivery would not be any sooner than 3/1.
Five days after pick up the sub-contractor showed up demanding to be paid in cash and deliver the content of the truck so they could move onto their next job. Two days of back and for blame game finger pointing between team usa and stealth movers and neither would take responsibility for the error and early delivery.
Biggest problem was that i was very clear both in writing and emails and in the contract i signed that i would not have access to the property any earlier than 2/27 the movers wanted to deliver on 2/22.
Still with no response or decision or help from team usa moving or stealth i had to go rent two storage facilities and meet the moving truck and pay them in cash before they would unload my possessions.
I am still waiting to hear from team usa movers. I have to pay for the second move out of storage and into my home plus for two storage facilities. Plus the added damage and wear and tear on my property. The guys unloading dropped stuff right in front of me and already furniture and possessions are destroyed even before i unpack.
Rip-off doesn not even come close. These people should be in jail. The fact that they can even use the "usa" in their name is a travesty. This company and all of their employees are in the same class as the enron executives.
