I signed up for a home phone with USA free phone on 5/28. I received an e-ail on 6/3 informing me that my order had been completed. I checked my phone and had no dial tone. I reported this to their customer service via cell phone. Five days later, still no dial tone! I reported the problem again to customer service and got the run around again. On 6/15, I received a bill in my e-mail from Angle Communications billing me for service from 7/3 to 8/2. I called customer service again to report that I still did not have a dial tone and would not pay until I did. The customer service rep was rude and argumentative. I went on line for customer service. The online rep was more helpful and she checked my line for trouble. She found trouble on the line and promised me that a tech would be out the next day. The next day AT&T came out and the service tech told me that the line had to be activated at the box down the street. Fifteen minutes later I had a phone. I called customer service again and asked for a credit on my bill. I was told that I received the first months service for free and could not get a credit. I responded that the billing cycle for the first month began on 6/3, and I did not receive a dial tone until 6/16. The rep argued with me, so I asked for a supervisor and the rep refused to connect me. I also have not had voice mail, which is included for 2 weeks. I hung up with the rep and the next day my phone service was disconnected by the provider.
