In october I signed a contract with Realty Trade to list my time share for sale and for rent.in November I received one email stating that a certain party was interested in the time share. I emailed that individual and never received a response.in April I sent a letter to Realty Trade requesting a refund of the money I paid because I never received an offer on the property. I was told that the email (that no one responded to) was the offer and the only thing they would do is extend my contract for six mionths, an dif I didn'tr receive an offer after that, the money would be refunded. I received notice in May that a Carl Ramsey was interested in the property.Co-incidently, that same name came up in another complaint from 7 months earlier. I emailed Mr Carl Ramsey.initially I received no response. After telling Realty Trade I received no response, suddenly I received an email from Carl Ramsey, saying he would meet with his lawyer and let me know. Then a week later another email saying he was advised not to purchase a time share. So I still haven't received an offer.in the meantime, Irealized after loking at the listing on Realty Trade web site that the property was never listed for rent. I paid $595 extra to have it listed for rent. I sent an email to customer service requesting a refund because they never listed it for rent. They responded that someone would call me. No one has called. I sent another letter requesting a refund. I have had no response. My next step is to file a small claims lawsuit. I will ask for the max of $5000, for not refunding my money. Perhaps a class action lawsuit should be initiated.
