Refund promised but not delivered

In September I was contacted by phone by a sales rep of Realty Trade. She told me that she could sell my time share, get the price I want, and even rent it for me while I was waiting to sell. I needed to give her my credit card info right away so she could get it to marketing, because there were at least eight clients waiting to buy my property, AND IF I DID NOT RECEIVE A REASONABLE OFFER WITHIN SIX MONTHS, MY MONEY WOULD BE REFUNDED. I paid $895 to list the property for sale, and another $595 to list it for rent. After about two months I received an email from Realty Trade saying that someone was interested in the property. They provide d an email address, which I responded to immmediately. I never heard from anyone after that So after six months, I sent a written request for a refund. I was contacted by phone form Realty Trade, and I was told that the email I received was the "reasonable offer". What? No offer was ever made, I said.
Well that was the reasonable offer so you don't get a refund. But they offered to extend my contract for six more months, and then if I didn't receive an offer, my money would be refunded. So, two months later (again), I received another email saying someone was interested in the property. Again I responded immediately to the contact information, and didn't get a reply. So I emailed customer service and they said it would be marked as a no response, and that they had more clients they were working with. While waiting, I looked at the ad on thir website and discovered that the property was not listed for rent. Again I emailed customer service, and asked for a refund because they never listed the property for rent. I received a reply saying someone would call me. No one ever called. Further more, if you do a serach on Yahoo, Google, or any other search engine, the Realtytrade.com website doesn't even show up. So how are they supposedly marketing the property? I honestly beleive that Realty Trade has bogus email accounts that they set up to trick people into believing that they are receiving offers, and then they tell you they won't refund your money because you received an email. That is not an offer, I don't care how they try to mis-characterize it. I beleive any court would agree that a reasonable offer is one where two people come to an agreement on a price that is close to the market value of the property. If I never talked to anyone about a price, how could I have received an offer? DO NOT USE REALTYTRADE, or any other online company, talk you into letting them list your property. You will be very disappointed, and RIPPED OFF!
