Scams timeshare sellers with fake offers

We signed a six month contract with Realty Trade in June to sell our Disney timeshare. The listing fee was in excess of one thousand dollars, which the contract claims is fully refundable if no offer is recieved.

Now the scam, In Novenber 2008 we recieved from Realty Trade electronic notification of an offer on the property. The "offer" did NOT have a set price or closing date, just that Carl Ramsey's budget was within our selling range. Realty Trade claims this "offer" fulfilled the contract and keep our listing fee.

The names of people you will incounter are Mike Holland, Scott Wiggins, Tom Henderson, Gina the secretary, and Carl Ramsey, who we beleive is a fake person. They all have a set story with the same ending, You lose your listing fee. When confronted they say come to Florida and collect in the courts.

So Timeshare sellers beware
These people are scum, and their business is a scam
