This has got to be the worst! Deanna Rubio has not refunded my $510. As she claimed she would. Our Clydes was to be picked up on 6/3/09 in MN truck broke down in the Dakotas. Week later truck was to be on the road. Deanna personally called and said the truck was on the road (8:30 am) will pick up horse in 6hrs.By 9:30 that nite still no truck had arrived. Deanna called and asked what the problem was! Can you believe she hadn't talked to the drivers all day! Said she would refund our money. Im just very lucky "Summer" was not on that truck. We got the most awesome couple,
