Horse - Deanna Rubio Took my $210.00 deposit to transport my mule on 5/31/09. Called said truck broke down. Now will not answer calls, emails nor will they refund my money

Horsein Around Inc. Took my deposit money and did not pick up my mule on scheduled date. They called on that day and said truck was broke down and they would be back on the road the following day. It has been a week and they will not answer my emails or phone calls. They will not return my money.
