We had a pick-up date for my mare of August 5th, to be transported from Bismarck, ND to Rochester, WA. When the time came for the pick-up, the seller was contacted and told that there had been a mechanical malfunction. When I emailed and called asking for status update, there were no replies. To this date (Sept 18th), I have yet to get a return call or email.
With our shipping date long past, I have been trying to reach Deanna at Horsein Around for a refund or an alternate shipping date... Still with no response. I spoke with one of her drivers, who confirmed that he had been contacted to haul my mare but that he would not drive for Deanna/Horsein Around as he was already owed money for past job (s).
At this point I am completely frustrated, horse-less, and out half the shipping cost.
