They don't sell furniture they make their money in the "RESTOCKING FEE". I'm still trying to fugure out how you can have a restocking fee for furniture that isn't available or in stock... This is how they make their money. Beware of this company they kept over 850.00 of my money for nothing. The furniture couldn't be delivered because it wasn't in stock... And 250.00 plus 75.00 of that money was for sales tax and delivery fee. I waited for the time they gave as the delivery time of the furniture, it never came and they never contacted me. So I finally called them. Suprise, surprise, the furniture wasn't in stock so I'd have to wait. How long I asked. They didn't know, I could have the matress now but I'd have to pay another 75.00 delivery fee when the rest came in but that could be another 8 weeks maybe... I wish I had checked the BBB website there are dozens of complaints about them all for their so-called stocking fee... I'm still fighting with them and I have turned them into the Atorrney General Office for the State of Missouri. No other furniture compoant in town has a restocking fee and if something is damaged they STAND BEHIND THEIR FURNITURE, NOT HANKS. People stay away from this company they are scam artist and they will cheat you that's how they stay in business
