Lousy Customer Service and Performance ripoff

Four weeks ago we ordered a complete bedroom set from Simply Discount Furniture. On the order form the salesman wrote clearly "delivery in 2 weeks".

At the end of the two weeks we hadn't recieved a call. Calling Simply Discount I was informed that the furniture will be picked up and delivered the following week.

I dis-assembled the current furniture we had and placed the mattress on the floor.

At the end of the third week we hadn't yet recieved a call for delivery. Once again I called only to be told that this time the furniture will be delivered to them the next week.

Still sleeping on the floor. At the end of the fourth week still on phone call. Calling again today I was told that the furniture will be delivered to them next week.informing the girl I was tired of waiting I was then put on the phone with Don the manager. Don promptly told me that if I cancelled my order there would be a 25% restocking fee. A RESTOCKING FEE FOR MERCHANDISE THE DIDN'T STOCK?

So at this point we are still sleeping on the floor waiting for Simply Discount Furniture to make good on our purchase.

So buyer beware do not buy from a company that has in tiny print on their invoices. We do not guarantee a delivery date.
