Trademycell.com says that they'll send you money for your old phones. I had a couple of phones for which they promised me $26, and I sent them in (cutting my net profit to $18, but still better than nothing). They received the phones and their website said that my check was being processed. Unfortunately, that's the way it's been for about a year now. Emails and complaints through their web site have gone unanswered.
Do NOT send your phone to trademycell—they will take it and you will be out both a phone and the postage. It's not trade my cell, it's steal my cell!
