Do not send your old cell phones to this company. They state they pay more for your old cell phones but they in turn ask that you pay your own shipping cost to ship to them.
That should have been my first red flag. I thought their website looked legit but lessons learned.
I sent them 3 old cell phones all in working order. I also included the chargers, batteries, etc.
They do not have a contact telephone number on their website. They have no street address listed either. The only contact information is a P.O. Box where you mail your phones.
They do not communicate with you. After a few months and after I sent a less than nice e-mail to them they finally responded that none of my phones qualified but I could send them more money and they would ship them back to me. HA!
I have no way to contact them as my e-mails go unanswered. If this was a legit company, someone would be communicating, there would be a contact phone number and there would be a street address.
Hopefully I can research and find who owns this P.O. Box #.
