My husband and I decided to buy a big bundle with AT&T. Ordering new cell phones and an upgraded internet conection, with direct TV and land line phone service.
The phones they delivered did not function. They said send them back and as soon as they received them they would send us new phones. Well that is not real good when you are a Realtor. But I sucked it up. I received an email after I called that following Wednesday that the phones were on there way. And that they would be there by Tuesday. Well on Thursday I called that would be today April 5th. And quess what they said the phones have not been sent, and that we had to ask them for the phones. Needless to say after hiring someone some one to fix my computer connection that AT&T couldn't fix and not receiving my cell phones. I really couldn't believe this. After doing all the talking on the phone now the person on the phone can only speak to my husband. Even though I have all the information. They wanted us to pay for new phones and we said no, and we wanted the cell phones overnighted. They wanted to charge us for that also. Supposedly they are going to credit our account. Please send this to AT&T.
You know all through this process we have been promised this and promised that. I know nothing will happen and I will do my level best in a campaign against this company. They just lie to get you off their back.
