Dress orders for six bridesmaids were placed in Feb. All of the dresses arrived except for two. The bridesmaid's had been checking the status online and everything was apparently fine. But two weeks before the wedding the dresses still haven't arrived.
We called and were told that the orders had been cancelled two months ago. They had no cancellation forms to prove this, no refund's had been given, and the web site still said the dresses were on the way.
We spoke to three different people and each were unbelievably rude. One even hung up on us. We sent them copies of reciepts and order forms and they said they would give full refunds, but still wouldn't admit they had made some sort of error.
The wedding is in 17 days and there's no where that rushes the dresses that fast. House of Bride's has ruined my sister's wedding day and the people we spoke to couldn't care less.
Do not use this online store unless you also want your wedding to be ruined. They are running some sort of scam.
