House of Brides made my daughter's wedding a nightmare! We ordered 9 bridesmaid's dresses from them&Jordan was the manufacturer. We ordered the dresses in February and the money was cashed the very next day. Three of the dresses never came and when we contacted them we found they had lost the order for three of the dresses AND then made the dresses themselves trying to match them to the other dresses.
When they arrived (3 days after the wedding date we wrote down) it was obvious they were handmade by House of Brides and either. They admitted they made them and claimed we knew they were making two of the dresses. We knew nothing of this. Three of the girls ended up having to buy dresses from bridal stores in the Chicago area. They had to buy the dresses two sizes too big and pay a fortune in alterations.
I don't want any other bride to have to go through what we went through.
