House of Brides is a complete nightmare! My bridesmaids ordered their dresses online and ever since has had troubles finding out if the dress will be delivered in time for my wedding.
I called with order numbers for the dresses and House of Brides would not tell me anything as far as if the dresses would be delivered on time. I wanted to upgrade shipping for my bridesmaidsI was to pay for upgrade. House of Brides refused and told me I need to give my credit card number to my bridesmaids and they needed to do it. The customer service I received was absolutely ridiculous!
I had my bridesmaids call to check on their dresses, and House of Brides could not confirm that the dress would be delivered on time, nor would they allow for shipping upgrade. The customer service my bridesmaids received was even more ridiculous than my own.
I sent an contact form via the House of Brides website with a complaint and asking for a response. I did not receive a response. One of my bridesmaids has been trying to contact House of Brides for a week straight with no luck. She has called and left voice messages; no return phonecall. She has e-mailed them; no reply.
I am irate, lived and enraged! If those bridesmaid dresses are not delivered on time I will seek every action plausible against House of Brides.
