Moreno and woods here's your open call for justice

There may be many of you who would like to have your questions answered, as to your dealings with the offices of Moreno and Woods. So, now I'm giving you the opportunity to do so. Whenever you get a call from this company, you can reply to any of my posts here. Post your questions in as much detail as possible and I will answer them on a daily basis, providing you with as much help as I have available to me. Note that I must stay within the bounds of any laws that govern what I may tell you about either the actions of this company or the owners within. If you've givien them checks that you wondr about, I will let you know how the process works within (that) company and how it really should work. If you have given them your credit card information (want to know what your options are) I can tell you those things you need to know, either in keeping them honest or to get your money back from them. There are many federal laws that guide what Moreno and Woods and other collection agencies are allowed to say to you on the phone. They also guide what they have to do in sending you information about the accounts about which you are called. When those guidelines are not followed, they are breaking the law. I would advise that you keep EVERY letter sent you from them. Keeping special note of the dates sent. Although the letters sent out are only form letters, they still have to be sent out on specific dates. This is meant to allow for consumer response time. If sent too many letters or if you receive another letter soon after the first, that could constitute harrassment of some sort. If it becomes necessary, and you allow me to do so, I will send you letters to send them that should curtail or even end the level of contact from this office. Maybe my posts here will prompt this office to make the changes necessary to do business on a much more respectable level! At the moment, I have someone looking over the other information I am to post here in the morning (very early). Although I'm having a blast doing this, I also have to be sure not to cross any lines that would put me in the negative. I've got something very special planned for this office (WITHIN THE LAW) by this coming Monday. That's an extention I really didn't plan for. But one I have to give. Stay TUNED!
