I told you I would be back today! Soooo... Where should I start? How about letting me tell you about your providing this company with ANY of your credit or debit card information, along with any information you may be asked to give them in reference to your checking account. Simple! Don't give them anything! IF you decide that you will provide them with this information, you should first check with your state and/or local governmental offices (governing collection agency practices) and ask if this company is legally licensed to operate in your state. After you've done your homework, decide if it is worth possibly having some company use your information for purposes other than that of the business they contacted you about. There have been some agency employees who took a debtor's personal information and paid their own personal debt (i. E: credit card bills, cell phone bills, and even car notes).indeed, the are the DUMBIES of the company!!! But it certainly does happen. I'm not saying that Moreno and Woods has done this to anyone. But... I'm just sayin'! What I have seen is debtor's credit cards and checking accounts being hit more than once. This was done on several occassions.
In addition to those things happening, there have also been instances where a payment was made, by credit card, to cover a debt owed and the amount would not go through. At that time, the amount would be lowered in order to allow the transaction to go through. Of course, if the payment was changed three times, to allow it to go through, that would (lock up) that person's credit or debit card. It HAS to be done, for security purposes, by the card company or bank in order to protect the customer against fraudulant activity. I gotta go for now! But you know I'll be back later. Maybe this afternoon I'll give you names! Real names of those who may be calling you! Gotta think about that one because there are still some there who I would like to protect from some crazy person bent on revenge! If you're reading this I'm talking about you, T, I, A, A, N, and my next seat nighbor! What do you do with a man who feels he has absolutely NOTHING TO LOSE?! One who has only the fear of god... but of no man?!!
