I just called FBK Products and asked if they back up their products. The customer service rep stated that there is a 6 mth return policy, but not a guarantee that the product actually works. I asked what happens if the product fails and causes damage, he said they don't pay for damages. You can purchase a separate warantee if you wish, I asked why they don't back up their products and he said they are perfect and work without any problems ever reported. Therefore, there is no documentation that this product is guaranteed to work, and how do you prove that their product caused the damage? This company needs to be investigated. How do we get the right people involved in this rip-off? They should be charged with "Material Misrepresentation", "False and misleading".
