This company is setting themselves up as a scam. Their "guarantee" is misleading! On the phone, I specifically asked if they had a money back guarantee if I didn't like the product and they said "yes". They didn't tell me I couldn't open them. How am I supposed to TRY them if I don't OPEN them!? Further - according to their own website - it says "SATISFACTION GUARANTEED" and '90 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE". That is false advertising and misleading. How can they guarantee your satisfaction if they won't refund your money if you don't like the product?
When I got on their website to try & contact them to return the products, I called the Customer Service number they had listed. All you get is a recording telling you to go to their website if you need to contact them. You never get to talk to anyone live.
Additionally - their products do not do any of the things they claim they will. Although I did not have their website available when I called their company (all I had was a phone number), I did ask if I could return the product if I didn't like it and, again, they said "YES". They did not say - only if you don't open it.
Here is an excerpt off their own website: "90 Day Money Back Guarantee Return Policy. We take great pride in the superior quality of our products and want you to be pleased with your purchase." How can you know if you'll be pleased with their products if you don't try them? I did try them; they don't work; I want my money back. For $107, a bar of soap does more! This company is a complete RIP-OFF!
