Beware of redundant products, empty guarantee, stupid return policy

Here is quote from product page I ordered from at www.tradersaccounting.com:

"Your purchase has a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we will promptly and cheerfully refund 100% of your purchase price."

But they claim this only applies if you never open the product, is that NUTS?

How could you know if you are dissatisfied or not if you don't open it?

I ordered two products, turned out to be the same thing with different titles, so I tried to return one of them per the guarantee from the web page I ordered from and this was their excuse for not giving me a refund and accepting a product return.

When I asked mr Crimmins in an email to explain how this return policy works, what does it mean to him to say "If for any reason..." he never answered any additional emails.
