I decided to try the products on their offered "free" trial.
I did not like the product, when I called to return/make sure no more product was sent to me, I was told to return the product, it had to be returned unopened, because I had tried the product, I could not return and get a refund. I was told that this information is in the T's&C's. Which in fact when I looked at the T's&C's the return policy was buried there. But this company (and I do believe it is one company) advertises: try it, if you don't like it you can return it. This is false advertising at best. How can you try a product without opening it?
The reason I suspect the products are from the same company: although I paid seperate shipping charges, the products were shipped to me in the same box.
Don't use these products. You can purchase other products at your local pharmacy for less that are equal if not better.
