We contacted Air Tech for regular maint. Mike charged us for 2 parts, 4 lbs of R-22 and labor $307. After 3 days, our A/C stopped working and we called him out a second time. This time he indicated all was okay with R-22 and new parts, but that compressor was bad and needed replacement at over $900 labor. After consulting another AC tech (Sears), we found that R-22 was down 4 lbs and that parts replaced were defective. No leaks were found leaving us puzzled as to where 4 lbs of R-22 went. Wish I knew. System is fine now after paying again for new parts and R-22.
