Beware of TWR's practice of shipping defective products that will cost you thousands of dollars to replace. TWR Lignting, Inc. Is a manufacturer of tower lighting products. My company ordered repair parts to repair a tower light system that was manufactured by TWR. TWR shipped defective parts and my company had to pay additional labor and tower crew charges ($2,782.00) to replace defective parts, twice. When my company asked TWR for reimbursement of our labor costs incured due to TWR's defective parts ($2,782.00), TWR claimed that they provided good parts and refused to provide any reimbursements. TWR refused payment based upon TWR's company policy that TWR does not cover such costs. Gee, how convenient. TWR ships defective repair parts that cost the buyer thousands of dollars in extra tower crew labor, and then won't cover any costs that are a direct result of their defective products. TWR's work is so sloppy that TWR sent defective parts two times consecutively. TWR won't stand behind any repair parts provided, other than to ship you more bad parts, or credit your account for the charges for the bad parts.
