I purchased a box set of The Wire on December 22. I finally received an update email from them on January 4 that in part said "As far as your order goes, we are awaiting a response from our courier with
your tracking number. Once it has been processed and updated in our system,
you will receive an immediate email from our support team.
We will contact you within 3-5 days on your order status. Thank you for your
patience and loyalty.

I haven't received anything since or the merchandise even though I sent a followup email asking for status.
