Cox Cable falsely advertised having any additional cable outlets installed/activated for free.
I had service to be installed to a new apartment, and the sales representative agreed that the 3 outlets in the apartment would be turned on. When the technician came out, they only activated 2 outlets.
When inquired they stated that additional outlets installed will incur a fee.
