Ripoff, transfer fees for continued service

Selling my house, had Comcast cable installed 3 years ago for $120.00 (no special at the time). Now that I'm moving, they want to charge me $60.00 to hook up 1 wire at my apartment.

They say they have to pay their technician, who is an hourly employee, to hook up the wire. I told them they're already paying him his hourly wage. I guess the Technician gets a bonus on their check for each hookup they do. I'd love to hear the rebuttal on that one!

Cable bill is over $100.00 per month. I've paid the technician, operator, shareholders, CEO and everyone else in between for the last three years.
