I was told on the telephone and during installation that we were going to get channels 1-70. Everything was working fine the day it was installed. The next day however I wake up to fine that we only have channels 1-24. When I called technical support to find out why this is, he tells me that the cable we signed up for is only channels 1-24... Not the 1-70 that was originally what we were promised. The only thing Technical support did was to inform me that the 1-70 package was going to be an additional $70 a month! Why would I be told that we were going to get channels 1-70, actually get them for 24 hours only to have it seemingly turned off so we only get 1-24 then be told that I need to pay an additional $70 a month? You have not provided the service that was promised. I am insulted, and feel like you are taking advantage of your customers by offering them one thing while providing something completely different.
