With all the negative publicity Easy Saver ahs been receiving, I wanted to let everyone know that we had a positive experience in resolving the monthly Easy Saver charges my son incurred for inadvertently signing up when he was ordering flowers on ProFlowers. I called 800-444-9491 as suggested by others on this web site and spoke with Christina. She couldn't have been nicer and agreed immediately to not only cancel the membership, but also to return all the charges incurred thus far (3 payments). Obviously, Easy Saver has heard the complaints and has changed its approach. It took me less than 5 minutes to get someone on the line and get the situation rectified. Thank you all for your advice on how to handle.
