High price, called the "Boss" to get the rate down. Did a horrible job. I could still see spots and smell some of the dog urine. Had it cleaned once by another professional, he made the carpets look new.
Horizon is a joke. I put a stop payment on my check, now I'm being harassed by a collection company. Save yourself the trouble and stick with what you know. A coupon for cheap cleaning? Cheap work, expensive price.
They should be shut down, it's a con.
