I used to work for these con-artists. Hal Austin would make me call customers who were expecting refunds and give them fake fedex numbers.
Mortgageoutpost.com also has complaints on them. They take other customers leads and sell them to yet other customers. Hal has a criminal record in NJ for stealing from customers and did 1 year in jail for it. He is hiding out in FL for 20 yrs now.
Go to www.coj.net. On the left hand side where it says "office" click on clerk of the circuit court, then "go". On the left hand side, half way down under "public services" click on "official records". Under name type in: austin, hal, and "categories" choose "all doc types". He has 8 judgements for non-payment, and orders for non-payment of child support.
Now, go back and type in: austin lead. They have 5 judgements and 1 lein against them! BTW, if you click on each one you can see the actual case. If you go to www.myflorida.com and do the same you will find even more! The sad part is, not many people are going after them because of the cost for atty's fees.
These people will not be stopped until we all come together and go against them. If you've been "robbed" by these so-called men, then we must join together and do something about it! I have personally spoken to everyone who has filed useless judgements against them and they are willing to band together for a class action suite.
