F.W. Bucklin Appraisal Company, Inc
Did not complete appraisal as agreed and refused to answer questions or finish work. Subsequently they lost a court judgement and were forced to give me a refund

Please don't bother with these people. They honestly don't pay any mind to being professional. When they did not complete the work as agreed upon, they terminated contact with me and tried to keep the fee. They ended up losing in court and giving me a refund. There are so many appraisal houses that you are better off going to one you know about.
