Sheri A Upp, an appraiser in Tennesse from Upp Appraisal Services, steals money from homeowners and provides appraisals that are of no use to lenders. Homeoners will pay $400.00 for an appraisal, which she will then complete a bogus report and send to lenders. Sheri A Upp, from Upp Appraisal Services, claims that it's within newest guidelines that "underwriters are not yet familiar with", but Sheri A Upp utilizes data on the appraisals that are of over 12 months which is of no use to lenders. Sheri A Upp refuses to work on conditions asked by underwriters and argues that she did a good appraisal and that underwriters dont know how to underwrite loans. Sheri A Upp, from Upp Appraisal Services, rips off homeowners even further by asking for more money, in addition to what she has aready been paid, if she needs to provide an extra comparable on a report.
