Mr Pullon has his own appraisal business and he also does contract work through a company called Streetlinks. He accepted a contract to do the appraisal on my home purchase through Streetlinks on 4-1-12. He saw the house on 4-4-12 and indicated that the appraisal was due to Streetlinks by 4-6-12. He said he was very busy and probably wouldn't turn in the appraisal until 4-9-12.
On 4-12-12 I called Streetlinks to get the status of the appraisal and was informed that Mr Pullon had still not turned in the appraisal and that they had contacted him 11 times and he had not returned their phone calls. I called Mr Pullon myself on 4-12-12 and he was very rude to me and hung up on me. He called back a few minutes later and apologized and told me he would complete the appraisal by 4-13-12.
I checked with Streetlinks several times today and he did not turn in the appraisal. I called him at 3:30p and left a message asking for the status of the appraisal and he has not called me back. Streetlinks also indicated that their calls to him had gone unanswered as well. Horrible service and full of excuses. He obviously has taken on more work than he can handle which is not my problem. I need my appraisal so we can finish this loan process. We are less than three weeks out before I lose my rate lock. He could cost me thousands of dollars if I lose my rate.
