One Reverse Mortgage, a Quicken Loans Co
Reverse Mortgage Appraisal $100,000 Lower Than HUD Approved Appraisal

Applicant for reverse mortgage-the lender unknown to me had appraisal made of property. This appraisal figure was $100,000.00 lower than my appraisal made in the same time by a HUD approved appraiser.

I believe this is low balling and is going on in this industry.

I asked Tom of last 10 closings, how many were happy with appraisal-answer none.
