Applicant for reverse mortgage-the lender unknown to me had appraisal made of property. This appraisal figure was $100,000.00 lower than my appraisal made in the same time by a HUD approved appraiser.
I believe this is LOW BALLING and is going on in this industry.
I asked Tom of last 10 closings, how many were happy with appraisal-answer NONE.
