I have never heard of this company but they seemed legit. I ordered dog dewormer for my two dogs. I rcvd the product in a good time. They definitely charged my card right away. No problem there... Until the expiration dates on the product was dated 2006 & 2007. I immediately emailed to let them know I would be returning my product. I rcvd a super nice email back stating how sorry they are and that I would receive full credit and at their cost they would ship me out new product. A week goes by and I rcv nothing so I email again... Please let me know what is going on and a tracking number. They email me the same exact tracking number from my original purchase. Another week goes by and I email again stating I want my product, a NEW tracking number and the credit to my card. Another week has gone by and still nothing.
Their phone numbers will not accept calls. They do everything via email but no one will respond to the ones I have sent. They have an F rating w / the BBB and I have already filed a complaint with them. This place is small time and NOT reputable at all. Do not order from this company!!
