The mattress we purchased is 1 l/2 yrs. Old and our guarantee is for 10 years. It has valleys and lumps so bad that our old mattress which they removed was in much better condition. Each time my husband or I turn, the other wakes up. We both wake up with bad back aches. I have called repeated and spoke with Greg McCann. He refers me to Bed Check at 610 631 9155 for them to
come and inspect but they never do. This has been going on each and every time I call. I really feel this Bed Check is a copout because they have no intention of doing anything.
If they are not stopped, they will be taking advantage of a lot of people. I would like a refund or the mattress replaced. Your help would be truly appreciated. My husband and
I are both senior citizens and cannot afford to buy another mattress. My husband also has pulmonary fibrosis and a good night sleep is vital for him.
