ONREBATE hasn't provided reabte check. Rebate for HannsG monitor from PC Connection. All required forms, serial numbers, UPC, receipt and shipping form were sent to ONREBATE. Appproval email sent one month after submission stating the rebate will be sent 8-10 weeks later. Two weeks later they send email claiming issuance of the rebate check.
NO CHECK COMES! Threee weeks later an email is sent to ONREBATE to check status and to inquire when the rebate check will actually be mailed and when it can be expected. They respond that it will be researched. NOTHING HAPPENS! They respond inquiring as to mailing address and providing support ticket number. I responded. ONREBATE didn't. Send another email with tracking number and support ticket number asking for update 7 days later. ONREBATE responds asking for tracking number. Respond again with tracking number and support ticket number. NO RESPONSE! Follow up email sent with tracking number and support ticket number 2 days later. Also send copies of all proir submissions by regular mail. No response.
ONREBATE responds that the rebate was located in the system but I need to verify mailing address (again) and they will send rebate. Two emails sent with mailing address, tracking number and support ticket number. Two days later get an email from ONREBATE stating the matter was referred to accounting and they will get back to me within 5-7 days.
You guessed it... Week goes by without a response. Send another email asking about status. Get reply a week later asking for email address (yes, my email address, eventhough the request was received by email) and tracking number. Sent another email with tracking number, support ticket number, email address, mailing address, dates the emails were sent and copies of the emails from ONREBATE stating the rebate was approved and would be issued.
After another week no response. Follow up email sent and get a respose saying in order to assist me they need my tracking number that was included in the email that prompetd the response asking for the tracking number.
ONREBATE appears to be a big waste of time. Do your research. Emails are responded to asking for info already provided on multiple occasions. Think twice before buying a product that has a rebate serviced by ONREBATE!!!
