Lillian Vernon Does Not Appear Internet

I received my credit card bill. On it was two monthly charges for $14.95 for LV Rewards. I could not recall purchasing or ordering anything from this account. I called my bank and they didn't have any more information.

There was a 800 telephone number on the bill. I called that number, was told to hold, I heard a click as though someone was picking up the phone and then, nothing. That site did give an Internet address. I was unable to reach a customer service site through that address.

While browsing the sites, I discovered your site. That was how I realized that LV Rewards was actually Lillian Vernon. I ordered something through them several months ago. Somehow they appparently took it upon themselves to charge me (on my credit card) a monthly membership fee.

I plan to contact my credit card company and see what they can do about this also.
