We signed on to have Innovative Accounts collect on several past due accounts. We have had patients call and tell us that they sent money to them, and still did not have their accounts taken off the credit bureaus reports. We sent many thousands of dollars of collections to them starting in September. We have yet to see a penny. We have called numerous times only to be given a line of bull from Chuck, the office manager each time we call. He always promises to get it straightened out and he promises (and gives us "his word") that he will have it resolved by the end of the day. He NEVER calls back. I need to know where we are to take this from here. I am a billier for several doctors that count on me for collections, and now we have been royally ripped off. Both physicans I am representing have given me full permission to take this further.
