I contracted with Sifxpert back in September. He was to settle some credit card debt that we had. After a few months, two of our accounts were settled and all but one payment was made on those. He had more than enough money to settle more of them in a "trust" account for us but after about April or May of he became increasingly harder to get ahold of.
Finally, we were no longer able to get ahold of him, the last payment on one of the accounts bounced back for lack of funds and we haven't been able to recoup the roughly $7500 that he still has that is ours.
We have talked to others that were contracted with them. They, too, gave him thousands of dollars and haven't been able to get ahold of him.
He convinced us to cash checks against available credit to "settle with borrowed money" and he withdrew $4000 from our checking account that was to settle Chase. Chase was not settled and the check was written to him, not Chase Bank.
We would like to get our remaining funds back so we have some settlement money to work with. Our credit cards have now been charged off, turned over to collections, and/or sold to JDB companies.
