I hired RRI collections for some bad accounts. Patricia Johnson was my first contact and called me on a regular basis to get my accounts sent over to her. She was very nice and accommodating till she got the files. She said Thomas Graham was my personal contact. He will not even return my calls. This company has taken money from my members and never sent me a check or a status report. What a scam outfit. I understand they do this all the time. Beware of RRI - I will now be filing complaints for fraud. How are they allowed to stay in business?
