We are a very respectful medical office in Texas. We used Innovative Accounts Management to help us with past due medical collections. IAM collected $5892.71 from 8 of our patients and never forwarded a portion of the payments due to Neuroscience Centers. The amount due to Neuroscience Centers is $3948.11. I have tried numerous times to get Chuck with IAM to reimburse us the money that is due to us, to no avail. We have tried to collect this money from IAM for over 4 years now and Chuck always puts us off and gives an untruthful excuse. Due to the dishonesty we pulled every account from them and directed them to NOT collect any further moneys from our patients. To this day IAM is still trying to collect on our accounts we used to have with them. IAM will not give out their physical address and are very questionable when you call and ask them for company information. This company is a Scam and I would advise against using this company for any professional business.
