Today I went into Huggins Uniforms in Kelseyville to get new rank insignias for my husband's uniforms. He's been buying his uniforms there for over 12 years now. With the exception of a few items that Huggin's doesn't carry, he's bought every uniform he's worn at this store!!! When I asked for the new rank insignias I was told that they would NOT be sold to me unless I paid for seamstress services to have them sewn on for us. I explained to the woman (slender blond curly headed lady) that my husband hadn't started his new position yet and that it was likely that he'd have to start with 24 hours or less notice. I need to have the insignias ready to sew on at home so that I can do it at a moment's notice. I told her this a few times, yet she pretending not to hear me and kept repeating her mantra: Just bring the shirts in when you're ready.
Congratulations Huggins Uniforms, you have lost a long and loyal customer. From now on we will order EVERYTHING from Galls.com... I've allready ordered the needed rank insignias and they'll be here in a couple of days for me to sew on myself. It'll take me about 5 minutes.
