I placed an order for uniforms on 10/17 with payment for 2 day delivery. It has been two weeks 11/4 and the uniforms were never delivered. Furthermore, I placed 5 phone calls in this two week period to follow-up and receive a status update on the uniforms. The operator (Virginia) on the other end had no idea what the hold up was.
One excuse was, "The uniforms need to go through two-day processing."
"The uniforms are on back order."
"The uniforms have been shipped on 10/25/13" So where is it?
Two weeks later still no delivery.
When a company guarantees a 2 day FEDEX delivery service that means 2 business days upon the purchase of the items. Not 2 weeks later and still no delivery.
This is bad business and I have every intention of reporting this misconduct far and wide so anyone ordering online is aware to never purchase from Life Uniform. Beware. You may never see the items you paid for.
